• Computer – 

1. वर्ड प्रोसेसिंग कौशल जैसे कि दस्तावेज़ बनाना, वर्तनी जांच का उपयोग करना, तालिकाएँ बनाना, हेडर या फ़ुटर के साथ काम करना, मेल मर्ज, दस्तावेज़ स्वरूपण, आदि और सामान्य वर्ड प्रोसेसिंग-संबंधित कीबोर्ड कमांड।
2. संख्याओं और अंकों से निपटने के लिए संख्यात्मक कौशल, एक्सेल फ़ार्मुलों, पिवट टेबल, सॉर्टिंग, कंडीशनल फ़ॉर्मेटिंग, ग्राफ़ बनाना, सामान्य कीबोर्ड कमांड और बुनियादी शॉर्टकट कुंजियों का उपयोग। चार्ट, ग्राफ़ और डेटा के रूप में डेटा साझा करने और समझने के लिए प्रस्तुति कौशल।
3. इंटरनेट कौशल जैसे कि कम समय में वांछित परिणाम प्राप्त करने के लिए सर्च इंजन का प्रभावी ढंग से उपयोग करना; इंटरनेट से जानकारी अपलोड और डाउनलोड करना, तथा इंटरनेट अनुप्रयोगों जैसे कि वेबसाइट, ब्राउज़र, पोर्टल और इंटरनेट सेवाओं जैसे कि ईमेल, वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग आदि का उपयोग करना। वेब पोर्टल, गूगल शीट्स/फॉर्म/ड्राइव और ऑनलाइन डेटा प्रविष्टि का ज्ञान।
4. कंप्यूटर सॉफ्टवेयर के विभिन्न पहलुओं के बारे में जागरूकता।
5. फ़ाइल प्रबंधन कार्यों से संबंधित अवधारणाओं और प्रक्रियाओं के बारे में जागरूकता, जैसे कि फ़ाइलों को मेमोरी डिस्क में कॉपी करना, गलतियों को सुधारना, डिफ़ॉल्ट सहायता मॉड्यूल का उपयोग करना, इंटरनेट से कनेक्ट करना और फ़ाइलों को डाउनलोड और अपलोड करना, दस्तावेजों की स्थापना और मुद्रण करना, फ़ाइलों को संपीड़ित करना; उपयुक्त फ़ाइल प्रारूपों की पहचान करना और उनका चयन करना और डेटा स्थानांतरित करने के लिए उनका उपयोग करना।

4. टीके से रोकी जा सकने वाली बीमारियाँ।

• Computer – 

1. Word processing skills such as creating a document, using spellcheck, creating tables, working with headers or footers, mail merge, document formatting, etc. and common word processing-related keyboard commands.
2. Numeric Skills to deal with numbers and digits, using Excel formulas, pivot tables, sorting, conditional formatting, creating graphs, common keyboard commands and basic shortcut keys. Presentation skills for sharing and understanding data in the form of charts, graphs, and data.
3. Internet skills such as using search engines effectively to get the desired result within a short time; uploading and downloading information from the Internet, and usage of Internet applications such as websites, browsers, portals, and Internet services such as email, video conferencing, etc. Knowledge of web portals, Google Sheets/Forms/Drive and online data entry.
4. Awareness regarding different aspects of computer software.
5. Awareness of concepts and processes related to file management functions such as copying files to memory disk, undoing mistakes, using default help modules, connecting to the Internet and downloading and uploading files, setting up and printing of documents, compressing files; identifying and selecting suitable file formats and using them for transferring data.
